The newly-found competitive advantage that the HEM will give you will cost your business next to nothing if you choose to take our advice on billing students and clients, and including a matriculation fee. In fact, if done properly, you can make actually make a profit from the matriculation fee alone before you’ve even started using the material.

Ordering the physical version of the Hot English method.

You can start using the Hot English Method for as little as €1,50 per student, per month. We charge per student and there is no minimum number of students, so it’s simple and easy to monitor.

There is a matriculation charge for academies that wish to use the Hot English Method. The standard figure varies from 150€ to 600€ depending on the volume of business and the size of the territory being granted. This is payable on signing our standard contract and immediately reserves a specific territory for your business. Once paid, the licensee gets access to our Members’ Area and all the essential know-how pack.

We have a number of clients who have signed up for this in order to allow them to get access to the information and advertising packs, which, in turn, allows them to promote themselves as a potential Hot English Method user, in addition to running their existing class program.

Each year, for those organisations wishing to continue using the Hot English Method, there is an annual fee.

Magazine prices

Hot English magazine with CD has a cover price of 5,50€, our Licensees depending on the volume of business they do, can enjoy price discounts of 50, 60 and even 70% off this cover price.

Our clients can choose to have magazines with or without CD for their students, although all magazines ordered for teachers must have a CD as the activities that require the audio files are vital for classroom work, and are essential for teachers who are following the method effectively and correctly. Those clients who do not order CDs for their students will be given an access code to the Hot English website Members’ Area where their students can download the relevant MP3 audio files.

PDFs / MP3 audio files

Separate prices also exist for those organisations operating more exclusively online. In these cases, we can make PDFs and MP3 audio files of the material available (rather than receiving the physical magazine and booklets). Prices will vary depending on:

The number of PDF pages required.
The frequency with which they are ordered.
Whether you wish the material to be branded under your company’s name or not.

Skills Booklet prices
(This is a one-off annual price – 1 book covers an academic year of 9 months based on approximately 2-3 hours of classes per week excluding holidays.)
Student’s copy 6-10€ per book, depending on volume (there are 4 levels to choose from).
Teacher’s copy 6-8€ per book, depending on volume (there are 4 levels to choose from).

Every student must have a Skills Booklets and a monthly order of magazines. The number of Skills Booklets ordered must be the same as the number of magazines ordered on a monthly basis. For example, a school or organisation cannot purchase fewer Skills Booklets than magazines as this would mean some teachers or students were missing out on part of the method. For example, an order of 50 magazines in the first month would imply a minimum order of 50 Skills Booklets. Then, if the order went up to 75 magazines per month, a corresponding order would have to go in for 25 Skills Booklets (to ensure that the total number of students receiving the magazines (75) corresponded to the number of students studying with the method.

Remember, if implemented properly the HEM will cost your business next to nothing, plus it’ll give you a fantastic competitive advantage over your competitors!

Branding

Hot English also offers an exclusive branding service. You can have your logo and website on the front cover of the Skills Booklets, plus your website and logo on footers on every page of the Skills Booklets. There is a 30% increment on the agreed matriculation rate for this service.

And remember, incorporating the Hot English method into your program doesn't need to cost you anything at all! Simply follow the instructions in the know-how pack on matriculation fees.
